North East Meridian

The heart of Meridian is located in the northeast corner of the city. This area includes the portion of Meridian north of the freeway, south of Chinden Blvd., East of Meridian road and West of Eagle road. Meridian, a suburb of Boise, is a prospering town. Located in the Treasure Valley, Meridian has many great things to offer. The northeast side of Meridian is mainly a commercial district, but the residential area is growing along with the population of the city.

The residential area is limited in northeast Meridian, but with the expansion of the city there has been a growth in subdivision development. The area provides a suburban feel with a laid back lifestyle. There are charming homes at affordable prices, and they have a lot to offer. Whatever you happen to be looking for in a home you can most definitely find it in northeast Meridian. Subdivisions include: Saguaro Canyon, Burney Glen, Greenhill Estates, Heritage Commons, Austin Creek, Bedford Place, and Raspberry Crossing.

To match the lifestyle of Meridian there are many fun family activities in which to participate. The Meridian Speedway provides some of Meridian’s most exciting events. There are numerous public parks including Storey Park. With local entertainment at numerous coffee shops and black light miniature golfing, there is always something to do for every age group.

The commercial district in Northeast Meridian is the most prosperous part of town. From coffee to an old fashioned drive through, there is every type of casual dining available. There is a new shopping center being built with stores like Kohls and Joes. There are many small business located on Main Street, and there are a variety of stores located throughout Meridian. Everything you could possibly need can be found with out ever leaving Northeast Meridian.
