Boise Condos and Lofts

Our little town is finally growing up. Two years ago, you only had a couple of options in regards to living downtown: Blvd 255 above The Grove or The Tower Plaza Condos in the Washington Mutual building. Today there are ten downtown condo projects finished or under construction ranging in price from the Mid $200s to $1.5 million. There are also four more in the planning stages.
To give you a better picture of what the downtown Boise area has to offer in terms of condos and lofts, we built a google map with more information.
You can also search for active listings on our site at CityBurb.com. You can limit your search to “condos” or open the advanced criteria to search for a specific condo building under “subdivision.”
