More Homes in NE Boise

Northeast Boise will soon be adding more residents in the neighborhood of Harris Ranch. The plan for the area includes over 3,000 homesites, 400 of which have already been built. The rest of the project has been held up by the construction approval of the East ParkCenter Bridge. Well, the Idaho Business Review tells us that the bridge has been approved by the Boise Planning and Zoning Commission and after the Army Corps. of Engineers issues a permit, ACHD can start construction. ACHD’s website shows the project starting in 2008 and ending in 2009, so if you’re planning a move to the area soon, you’ll have to buy an existing home, but we’ll keep you updated.
