- C Squared Proposed Building – C Squared has submitted the first phase in the rejuvenation of the property on Front St. bordered by 5th and 6th streets. This phase will have a 6 story office component on the east side and 23 floors of residential condos on the west. This project will have the LEED Gold Standard (a green building certification), as a minimum benchmark, and approximately 20% of the units are earmarked for Workforce housing (housing for individuals who earn between $32,000 and $56,000 annually). This project is in the very initial stages of Design Review.
