CityBurb will provide you with the tools needed to find your next home. We'll even give you directions to the house. Once you have done your drive-bys and found your top five homes, a CityBurb Associate will unlock those homes so you can check closet space and the floor plan flow (b.y.o.f.s.e. -bring your own feng shui expert). With the perfect home in your sights you can start the trip to moving day in two ways:

  • Live and in-person - Meet with a CityBurb Associate (any Associate will do since there are no commissions here) and write up your offer (45 minutes to 2 hours).
  • On your own time - Use our website to start your offer and get tips, instructions and definitions along the way. Before CityBurb submits the offer to the seller, a CityBurb Associate will review it line-by-line to make sure that it says what you want it to say. The final step before submitting the offer is getting your signature and initials on every page (thank you, legal system), which can be done with a fax machine or in person at your nearest CityBurb location
    (or local coffee shop - we like to get out of the office too).

After the offer is submitted and accepted by the seller, your CityBurb Associate will handle the entire transaction like the old-school agents from the twentieth century (however, unlike those agents we add a little technology, class and style to ease your way into your new living room). We help set-up financing options and coordinate the title transfer on your new home, handling every step of the process until you get your keys.

Holiday Bonus (all year long)

The added benefit to working with a CityBurb Associate is that you'll receive 1% of your transaction to use towards closing costs, as part of your down payment or to help pay for that new sofa set. Here's how it works. In a standard real estate transaction the seller pays a 2-3% commission to the buyer's agent. The buyer doesn't typically pay anything out of pocket or put anything in their pocket - until now. The CityBurb philosophy is to share the love, thus giving you, as the buyer, your holiday bonus - a third of the pie.
