Now, it wouldn’t be fair for us to leave out what we don’t do that other companies do. We don’t advertise in local real estate magazines and we don’t hold open houses. We don’t do those things because they don’t actually help sell your home. They might help us generate some new client leads, but why would we charge you for that? We also don’t have a few hundred agents in our office. Most people don’t understand that even in those “big” offices, only one person is actually working to sell your home. So even in our small office you are getting more agents for the money because we are all working to sell your home.
We also have a few requirements for our flat fee programs (these don't apply for the 5% program). In order to qualify for those you’ll have to:
- Submit your listing online using our form.
- Pick-up a lockbox and sign from our office.
- Pay a $300 non-refundable deposit (credited to our fee at closing).
- This doesn't apply to the $2000 pay in advance program where the entire fee is paid at the time of listing.
- Offer at least 3% to a cooperating buyer's agent.
- Sign a Seller's Representation Agreement for a term of no less than six months.
